Email address problems
What should you do if the email address you subscribed at has changed, or you can no longer access it?

If you have any problems or queries about subscribing or unsubscribing (or if you just prefer human help) please send a brief email, describing what you want to do (eg. 'unsubscribe COMjobs'), to: hacadverts@emailmedia.com.au

NOTE: Please detail what email address you want unsubscribed or changed (if you aren't sure, even a partial address is helpful).

To explain

Often people's email addresses change after they have subscribed to COMjobs, and the old address is redirected to a new one. There are many reasons for this, and you might not even know it has happened.

If you are an existing subscriber to COMjobs, and you want to unsubscribe, or to change your subscription, you can only use the automated unsubscribe page on COMjobs if (1) you know exactly what email address you are subscribed under & (2) you can access an email sent to that address asking you to confirm your decision.

If you are not sure what email address you are subscribed under, or if you can't access your subscription address, it is best to ask. We are always happy to help.
